A day to turbo charge the mind and body for the winter season.   A finely balanced yoga programme accompanied by sonic soundscape surround sound, powerful breathing techniques, deep relaxation and meditation.  All conducted in ‘The Nest’, a cantilevered glass studio with panoramic views of the glorious landscape. Beautiful yoga equipment (Manduka, Planteuelle etc).  Complimentary filtered water and hand blended teas throughout the day.

Relax and renew in the Avalon centre. A sanctuary of state of the art facilities, including: Exclusive use, for our party, of the pool-suite and facilities. 

The pool-suite includes 20m clear pool, organic sauna and steam room plus hydro massage pool, towels, robes, flip-flops, lockers.

Proposed Itinerary

10:00 am   Unwind and Relax in ‘The Nest’. A specially crafted programme of Asana and flowing sequences designed to unlock and release tensions.  Powerful breathing techniques to calm the mind.  Deep relaxation to promote optimum health and healing.

1:00 pm    Plant-Based Vegan 2-course Lunch

2:00 pm   Time to step into nature options –

A guided walk on the Broughton Estate. Forest bathing in the woodland hammocks.  Wild swim. 

Other options –

Book a treatment in Avalon Wellness Centre, try the Somadome or take a Crystal Light Therapy session (book and pay directly with Avalon) Take time in ‘The Pod’ – a special meditation room. Roam and explore the walled garden and grounds at leisure. Spend some quiet time in the Relaxation Room and Conscious Library.

4:00 – 6:00 pm   Pool-Suite.  Swim, sauna, steam, hydro massage pool and relax poolside

6:30 pm The Closing Circle & Meditation. 7 pm Finish
